Iv just gotten round to building a locolines kit Iv had for years now.
I like this kit, I never thought working with cardboard could be a good model medium but its great. _________________ Rule 8, Its my garden railway so Ill do whatever the hell I like with it!

yeah its a locolines and Im hating it now thats Iv started building it up
your ment to be able to fit a ip basic chassis to it but to do that Im gonna have to cut a hole in the card floor and then take a dremel to the plastic boiler so the upright motor can fit!
and the parts if cut out exact are mostly too large and need a couple of MMs sliced off. _________________ Rule 8, Its my garden railway so Ill do whatever the hell I like with it!

hum, looks like you need a sharper knife for those edges, or some fine sandpaper works a treat, if you colour all edges black or a suitable green or bass colour they wont be so noticibly cardboardy! _________________ The railway which people forgot

yeah I tried using a thick pen but it took to long so Im just gonna paint any exposed edges when Im done.
Iv been through 2 new blades since I started this kit to keep the edges as clean as possible.
and the curves are a b***h to cut out cleanly! _________________ Rule 8, Its my garden railway so Ill do whatever the hell I like with it!
